by Caitlyn Vanderhaeghe | Nov 29, 2018 | Healthy Insides

We have all been there, sitting in the bathroom with our toddlers, wishing it would be easy to go to the bathroom! But sometimes kids get constipated, it happens to everyone. For a child, constipation can be more than just uncomfortable—it is scary! Just when you...

Are you Tired of NOT Being the ‘Fun Parent’?

by Caitlyn Vanderhaeghe | Nov 1, 2018 | Caitlyn Needs a Coffee

Have you noticed that you spend so much time thinking about the organization of daily life that you often find you are sending your kids off with their dad or a grandparent, so you can look after more chores? My mental load is overwhelming. No one else can see the...

When your toddler just won’t go … to preschool!

by Caitlyn Vanderhaeghe | Nov 27, 2017 | Caitlyn Needs a Coffee

Tuesdays and Thursdays! Those are the days my middle child goes to preschool – well is supposed to go to preschool. In that 2-hour time frame, I have a small break for myself. I take the baby, sleeping happily in the carrier, for a short walk to the coffee shop. Now...

2026 So Far: Just a mom and entrepreneur working from her car while waiting for her teenager 🏒💻At the rink during regular work hours you can see lots of parents doing double duty. Laptops and smart phones in hand trying to stay on top of work and be a sports chauffeur🕺Whether it’s ordering groceries, checking all the school and team snap messages or making sure their kids have the next size up in clothes (as they seem to grow every week) — how do we do this?! The answer: finding flexibility within your day-to-day hustle. I am very lucky to have room to be flexible, and on the days where I can’t make it work myself, to have a community of people who help make it happen: the other team parents & family members that ensure our girls can participate and try new things! ⭐️At @kidstarnutrients I made sure our staff can have that flexibility to be there for the important life events. Multitasking these days is next level — but 100% worth it to be able to watch the kids take part in activities they love ❤️Power to all of us working from the hockey rink! Don’t forget your mittens and hot chocolate 😆☕️#hockey #multitasking ... See MoreSee Less

I blinked and suddenly 2025 is over! Anyone else feel the same? This year was filled with so many great moments. 2025 has been a year, to say the least. We said yes to many unique experiences, launched @kidstarnutrients in the U.S., launched new products, added new stores to our wonderful retailer list, and that all is just the tip of the iceberg.Thank you for everyone who was with us along the way and for everyone following and supporting the journey! We are so ready to take on 2026 🚀 if you see us at a trade show in the new year (many just around the corner) stop by, try our award winning @biofeiron line, and take a selfie! Happy holidays and all the best wishes for 2026 ⭐️#2025Wrapped ... See MoreSee Less
