My life is full! I’m a wife and a mother of three awesome girls, all under six, plus two fur pets. I am a chauffeur, day planner and master snack maker. Plus, I hold a full-time job. Every day is an adventure.
I’m also obsessed health and nutrition thanks to my mom, Lorna Vanderhaeghe. You may know her as Canada’s leading women’s natural health expert. Mom always put the health of her family first. I do the same.
Living in Vancouver, I love to get out and explore the outdoors with my family. It’s just one of the ways I encourage a healthy lifestyle. Packing up the minivan and traveling with the family is a must for this mom!
