My whole family likes Bio K and it is very easy to get them to take this probiotic! Bio K contains 3 probiotics (L. acidophilus CL1285®, L. casei LBC80R® and L. rhamnosus CLR2®) that work synergistically (lack of competition between them) and in turn work great together. It is easy to add this to shakes or just drink it by itself. If anyone needs to take antibiotics I always make sure we have Bio K in the house to help bring back the good bacteria and reduce diarrhea caused by many antibiotics.
